FormReminder for Schools Get every form back without chasing parents

FormReminder watches your Google Form, sees which families have responded, and emails a reminder only to the ones who haven't. No more checking the spreadsheet against the class list.

Made for school offices, teachers, coaches, and parent organizations.

An example of what you see for each form you send.

The form takes five minutes. The follow-up takes all week.

Collecting answers is the easy part. Finding out who hasn't answered, and following up with them, is still on you.

You remind everyone

A reminder to the whole class bothers the families who already responded, and the ones who haven't still miss it.

You cross-check by hand

You open the responses, hold them next to the class list, and work out who is missing. Two days later you do it again.

The deadline doesn't move

The bus is booked for Friday and the lunch order goes in Wednesday, so you end up calling the last few families yourself.

Set it up once for each form

  1. Connect your Google Form

Sign in with Google and pick a form you've already made. The form needs to collect email addresses so responses can be matched to your list.

  2. Add the people who need to respond

Paste in parent or staff emails and save them as a group, such as a homeroom, a team, or all faculty. Use the same group again for your next form.

  3. Set a due date and let it run

FormReminder emails only the people who haven't submitted. When someone submits, their reminders stop. You can see who's left at any time.

For any form that needs every family's answer

If a form only works when everyone fills it out, FormReminder is built for it. Schools send these all year.

Before school starts

  • New-year family datasheets
  • Emergency contacts and medical information
  • Handbook acknowledgments
  • Carpool and bus signups

During the year

  • Field trip permission slips
  • Meal and hot lunch orders
  • Volunteer and event signup sheets
  • Parent surveys

In the spring

  • Annual commitment and re-enrollment
  • Course and elective requests
  • End-of-year surveys
  • Summer program signups

It works for staff forms too: training acknowledgments, event headcounts, and anything else the whole faculty has to complete.

Questions schools ask

Do parents need an account or an app?

No. They get an ordinary email with a link to your form. Only the person sending the form needs a FormReminder account.

Will families who already responded get reminders?

No. Once a response comes in from someone on your list, their reminders stop.

Do we have to stop using Google Forms?

No. FormReminder works with the Google Forms you already build. Support for other form builders is planned.

How does it know who has responded?

It matches the email address on each response to the list you provided. That's why your form needs to collect email addresses.

Can a parent opt out of reminders?

Yes. Every reminder includes an unsubscribe link.

What information does FormReminder keep?

The email list you add and whether each person has responded. [Confirm before publishing: whether any form answers are stored.]

What does it cost?

[YOUR PRICE]. We plan to offer a free trial at launch.
