FormReminder for HR Teams Get every form back without chasing employees

FormReminder watches your Google Form, sees which employees have responded, and emails a reminder only to the ones who haven't. No more checking the spreadsheet against the staff list.

Made for HR managers, office managers, and operations leads.

An example of what you see for each form you send.

Sending the form is easy. Getting to 100% is the work.

For a policy acknowledgment or a benefits election, 90% complete isn't done. The last few people are where your time goes.

You remind the whole company

An all-staff reminder nags the people who finished on day one, and the people who haven't started still scroll past it.

You cross-check by hand

You open the responses, sort them against the employee list, and work out who is missing. Before the deadline you do it again.

The deadline doesn't move

Enrollment closes on a fixed date and the policy needs everyone's sign-off, so you end up messaging the last few people one at a time.

Set it up once for each form

  1. Connect your Google Form

Sign in with Google and pick a form you've already made. The form needs to collect email addresses so responses can be matched to your list.

  2. Add the people who need to respond

Paste in employee emails and save them as a group, such as all staff, managers, or this month's new hires. Use the same group again for your next form.

  3. Set a due date and let it run

FormReminder emails only the people who haven't submitted. When someone submits, their reminders stop. You can see who's left at any time.

For any form that needs every employee's answer

If a form isn't finished until everyone has completed it, FormReminder is built for it.

Policies and compliance

  • Handbook and policy acknowledgments
  • Compliance training attestations
  • Code of conduct sign-offs
  • Conflict-of-interest disclosures

Benefits and records

  • Open enrollment elections
  • Emergency contact updates
  • Year-end address confirmations
  • New hire information forms

Reviews, surveys, and events

  • Performance self-reviews
  • Employee engagement surveys
  • Event RSVPs and headcounts
  • T-shirt and meal orders

It works outside HR too: department surveys, equipment checks, and anything else a whole team has to answer.

Questions HR teams ask

Do employees need an account or an app?

No. They get an ordinary email with a link to your form. Only the person sending the form needs a FormReminder account.

Will people who already responded get reminders?

No. Once a response comes in from someone on your list, their reminders stop.

Does it work with Microsoft Forms?

Not yet. FormReminder works with Google Forms today. Support for other form builders is planned.

How does it know who has responded?

It matches the email address on each response to the list you provided. That's why your form needs to collect email addresses.

Can I see who completed the form?

Yes. Each form has a status view listing who has responded and who hasn't. [Confirm before publishing: whether this list can be exported.]

Can an employee opt out of reminders?

Yes. Every reminder includes an unsubscribe link. [Confirm before publishing: how an opted-out employee appears in your status view.]

What information does FormReminder keep?

The email list you add and whether each person has responded. [Confirm before publishing: whether any form answers are stored.]

What does it cost?

[YOUR PRICE]. We plan to offer a free trial at launch.
