Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You sign in with Google and send your first form free. We ask for payment only when you choose a plan.
What counts as a form?
One Google Form sent to one list of people with a due date. Your free form is used when you send the invitations, not when you set it up, so a setup mistake won't cost you.
What happens when my free form ends?
It runs until its due date or for 30 days, whichever comes first, and you can still view the results afterward. To send a second form, choose a plan.
What if my list is bigger than 30 people?
Try the free form with part of your list first, or go straight to a paid plan. The 30-day money-back guarantee covers you either way.
What if I have more than 100 people on a form?
Choose the Organization plan, which allows up to 1,000 people per form. If you only send one large form a year, you can take Organization for that month and switch back to Individual.
Should I pay monthly or yearly?
Monthly suits a short season or a one-time project. Yearly costs less if you send forms throughout the year, and it's a single charge for your school or office to approve.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, at any time. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can more than one person on our team use it?
Each plan covers one Google sign-in. Many offices use a shared account, such as the school office address. If your team needs separate logins, tell us.
